Origin of the cheesecake and Miss Sallie’s little history this dessert.

I am not sure where the cheesecake comes from, maybe america or maybe somewhere in europe. In fact it was first developed in Europe. Then in the 1800’s the modern cheesecake as we know it was developed in America. I remember as a child thinking when cheesecake was served it was the most devine and chic dessert i had ever eaten, and the name of the recipe from this time was “continental cheesecake. But it was so rich and it often made me feel sick. As an adult, i have changed the way i make cheesecake to ensure it has a beautifual creamy sweet flavour but with less sugar.

Description of our cheesecake

Miss Sallie’s cheesecakes are made from scratch with fresh quality products like cream cheese, cream, sugar, and flavours; like chocolate, fresh and frozen fruits for example, allowing us to create a delicious, and onctueuse, yet not overly sweet dessert. Miss Sallie makes 3 different sizes they are; individual serves of 8cm, 18cm for a small gathering and 20cm for a larger gathering.

The people or person who will receives this cheesscake will get them in a white cardboard box. Our boxes are recyclable or compostable. If this is a gift for someone you love and care about, and you provide us with a short message. Miss Sallie’s Cuisine can provide a small gift card free of charge.

Minimum order required for the 8cm indivdual serves of 4 small cheesecakes.
