Miss Sallie’s little history of Cupcakes
When i was a child i started cooking with my mum, cupcakes were one of the first things i cooked. When i was a child we did not have a lot of money and it was a lot harder to get common things we take for granted today, like chocolate, unsalted butter. Cupcakes were straight foraward and delicious and fun for kids to make. When we made them with my mum they were nothing like todays with all the buttercream frosting or ganache. Our cakes were fairy and butterfly cakes. Over recent years i have perfected these delicious little cakes and the buttercream frosting that most people enjoy now.
Decription of the cupcakes
You have a choice of 4 cupcake flavours. Vanilla the original flavour, Chocolate, Red Velvet and recently the refreshing flavour of Orange.
The cupcakes are soft and moist and have a nice crumb, you can choose the combinations of cake flavours and then the toppings of buttercream and/or ganache. We then using our swirling and whirling piping tools to create beautifully finished cupcakes.
The person or people who will receive these cakes will get them in a white cupcake cardboard box. These boxes can be recycled or composted. Also at Miss Sallie’s Cuisine we offer a small gift card upon request, which we can write a small message for you; free of charge.
Minimum order required for cupcakes is 6.

Wonderful service and beautifully presented cupcakes.
I ordered cupcakes and had them delivered for a special ISO birthday occasion as I live over the other side of Melb. The recipient was blown away and loved them. She said they not only looked beautiful but tasted sensational. Service is exceptional. Definitely highly recommend miss sallies cuisine.
