Perishable Food Items (Cakes & Biscuits) Due to Australian Food Safety Regulations and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispatched or picked up.
Australia Post & Transit Liability We take exceptional care in hand-crafting and securely packaging our biscuits to ensure they leave our kitchen in perfect condition.

Rough Handling in Transit: Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post or a courrir, transit conditions are beyond our direct control. We are not liable for minor cosmetic breakage or handling damage that occurs during postal/courrir transit.

Severe Transit Issues: If your parcel arrives severely damaged or lost by the carrier, please contact us at sallie@misssalliescuisine.com.au within 24 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and goods so we can assist you in filing a carrier claim with Australia Post.
Return Postage Costs

Where a return or physical inspection of a product is accepted or requested by us, all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
