Miss Sallie’s Cuisine makes her macarons with egg whites, icing sugar, granulated sugar, almond meal, and food colouring. This allows the macaron biscuit to be crispy and chewy and brightly coloured. And then Miss Sallie’s Cuisine uses the following types of fillings in the centre of the macarons for example. Miss Sallie also, adds and uses natural flavours to taste her macarons:
Chocolate ganaches,
Patisserie cream,
Buttercreams and;
Jams
You will receive flavoured fillings to suite your tastes. In addition to this we sometimes fill our macarons with savoury flavours; such as salmon and cream cheese. Please contact us to order specfic flavours and colours. Min order 10.
