Miss Sallie’s little history of this biscuit.

Miss Sallie actually prefers crunchy chocolate chip cookies! But i actually had some say they are too hard to eat and last year when melbounre was in lockdown, i was part of a stay active challenge and do something new each day for 30 days. I didn’t know what to do and a friend challenged me to making a different biscuit each day. I took up this challenge and for one of these days i decided to make a soft chocolate chip cookies and voila. Generally i inculde these in the customised biscuit packs.

Description of our Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

A beautiful handmade soft cookie dough which have a generous amount of Chocolate Chips added. We use brown sugar, Aust Honey (which helps keep them soft) and we use Australian organic spelt flour. 6 large biscuits per box.
